An ordinary glitch situation.
What happens when you play casually a simple platformer and your computer system runs into a fatal error? That’s the question I asked myself when developing this little game/experience.
Entirely scripted in Processing, The Fall let the user incarnate this character who get stuck into a computer bug and tries to reboot the system before it’s too late. Originally made in spring 2017, this software was the first game experience that I had the chance to create.
This work was entirely made with Processing. I desired to focus on my scripting and my object oriented skills.
That’s why I didn’t want to pass too much on my asset design. I kept it simple with basic shapes and easy animations. This was my last project using Processing, after this one, I moved toward Unity Engine.
