This week, we had a smaller meeting to discuss and finalize the physical setup of our project.

Some conclusions:
VR Headset
>Rent: Sensor lab, Nov. 4 – Dec 4th from Elio
Pedestal
>Look: Semi-finalized
>Materials: Lightwood, dark gray varnish, high gloss finish
>Supplier: Woodshop
Custom keyboard
>Look: not finalized
>Materials: plexiglass, 4 small pedestals, arduino, conductive vinyl, circuit components
>Supplier: Sensor lab, woodshop
Layout on floor
>Look: semi-finalized
>Materials: LED strips (x2 large ones), plastic sheet
>Supplier: Amazon, wait for Black Friday
Monitor
>Rent: CDA – someone has to reserve it + test quality.
Projector
